Which payment channels are supported?

Currently, HuePay supports WeChat Pay and Alipay. We are also continuously updating and iterating, and will support more payment channels in the future.

Is there a fee for merchant onboarding?

Merchant registration is completely free. HuePay offers all necessary services and materials at no cost.

Merchants have the flexibility to terminate their contract with HuePay at any point, without incurring any extra charges.

How do merchants complete the onboarding process?

Merchants can onboard by contacting our customer service or sales team via the HuePay official website, WeChat service account, Xiaohongshu, or other platforms.

Upon providing the necessary details, a dedicated representative will guide you through the process.

The required documents for onboarding include: the HuePay Merchant Onboarding Application Form, legal representative's identification (e.g., passport, driver's license), ASIC extract, bank account details, and 3 store photos.

ABN (Australian Business Number) - an Australian business number, usually consisting of 11 digits, which is the unique identification code of Australian enterprises.

ACN (Australian Company Number) - an Australian company number, a 9-digit identification number registered by the company in Australia, used for company-related legal and administrative affairs.

[Merchant Application] - What is ASIC extract? How to obtain it?

ACN extract (Australian Company Number extract) is an official document containing company registration information provided by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). This document contains important information about an Australian company, such as company name, ACN, registration date, company type, registered address, and company director and shareholder information.

You can obtain the ASIC extract through the ASIC official website online query or third-party service providers.

How do I know if my account has been activated?

Generally, you can confirm whether your payment platform account has been successfully activated in the following ways:

Email notification: The payment platform usually sends a confirmation email to the email address you provided during registration, informing you that the account has been successfully activated.

SMS notification: Some payment platforms also send an SMS notification to your mobile phone number to notify you of successful account opening.

Login account: You can try to log in to the payment platform with the account name and password you registered. If you can log in successfully, it means that the account has been activated.

Contact customer service: If you cannot confirm whether the account has been activated, you can contact the customer service of the payment platform, and they will provide you with assistance.

If a merchant has multiple branches, can multiple different bank account information be added?

Multiple branches currently need to register multiple merchants for use, and the funds received by the branches are independent of each other. Each branch can add its own settlement account information.

How to bind a payment QR code plate

The process of binding a payment QR code plate is as follows:

1. Log in to the merchant backend and find the code plate option in the shortcut bar on the right.

2. You can directly download the merchant QR code for collection.

3. Contact sales to obtain the pre-made code plate, enter the code plate number in the upper right corner of the page, and activate the code plate.

4. The pre-made code plate can be directly scanned to enter the merchant number for binding.
